What started as production assistance on individual events 13 years ago, has turned into delivering more than 100 events that have been as diverse in execution as the brand’s media portfolio.

This has become a truly strategic relationship built on trust and expertise over many years, and recently we have been tasked with sitting at the top table with the senior marketing team, helping strategise their yearly event plans, budget allocations and helping to train their new team in project briefing and production methods.

From prestigious Times conferences with Prime Ministers, to festival stages with huge headliners for The Sun, immersive activations and fashion shows, to awards ceremonies and provocative panels, no event is ever the same, but our approach of keeping the audience at the heart of everything ensures a fresh and innovative experience each and every time.

On all projects we provide AV production, immersive design and motion graphics.


Strategically we have run workshops with senior management and the wider team on the following:-

A News UK senior leadership team focussed meeting, discussing best practices, event briefing processes, scope of work documents

A whole events team session - assisting with active event briefs and an overview on ways of working, creative/production process


This has significantly improved the ROI and the impact of News Live events.
